Hi, I’m running into an error running segmentHA_T1_long, it processes the left side just fine, but gives the following error and fails to produce the requisite output files for the right:

 

“Unable to perform assignment because the left and right sides have a different number of elements.”

 

I’ve attached the log file, in case that helps in diagnosing the issue.
