[Homer-users] HomER- Release notes

The new version of Homer will work under Windows only. It requires:
OS: Windows XP (SP 1 or 2), 2000 (SP 3 or 4), or NT (SP5+)
Processor: pentium III (or higher) or Athlon processor
Memory: 190Mb of free ROM and at least 256MB of RAM (512 recommended)
