The question asked was:
"I have a probe with 32
detectors and 16 sources (the entire CW5). The problem is that the
numbers and letters in the probe diagram are too packed and it's almost
impossible to select things. Also, how can I DESELECT everything in the
probe diagram window? Finally, is there a way of eliminating the lines
for pruned optodes (as opposed to have them just dashed)?"

Reply:
There is no current way to modified the scale of the probe display window...
It is supposed to autoscale to the size of the probe +/- 0.5cm on each side.
This causes problems with small dimension probes (i.e. some of our work with
rats).
I've been trying to figure out an easy fix for this. Zoom is purposely
disabled in this window cause it causes other problems. The solution could
be as easy as changing the font size on lines and lables. However, smaller
lines may be harder to click on to toggle them though- but they will take up
less room on the graph. Let me see what I can do and get back to the issue.

Subject: Homer GUI questions
Hi Ted,
I lost the link to the Homer list... I have a probe with 32
detectors and 16 sources (the entire CW5). The problem is that the
numbers and letters in the probe diagram are too packed and it's almost
impossible to select things. Also, how can I DESELECT everything in the
probe diagram window? Finally, is there a way of eliminating the lines
for pruned optodes (as opposed to have them just dashed)? Thanks. Please
feel free to post this on the Homer list. Thanks.
