Dear Homer Users,

I am happy to announce that Homer has gone open source (see agreement 
pasted below).

You can download the code from
http://www.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/DOT/resources/homer/download-post.htm

As you'll notice, Ted Huppert has done a fantastic job in developing 
Homer to be modular. As you developers out there fix, modify, and extend 
the abilities of Homer, we want to hear from you. We would like to 
incorporate your modifications into the newest versions to be made 
available through the Homer web site. We are looking forward to working 
with you.
