Is your file really 300 seconds long (and not i.e. 299sec)? I'm not sure I
have an error check to make sure that when you ask for a stimulus line at
300sec, you actually have 300sec of data. (I should have, but I don't know
for sure) Try [30:45:255] instead.

Subject: [Homer-users] Stimulus input

Hi,

I'm a new Homer user, still learning the software. I'm having trouble with
stimulus input (I do it manually for now). It's for a finger tapping
experiment with 30 seconds rest, 15 seconds tapping, for a total of 300
seconds. So I write [30:45:300] but I get a warning dialogue saying "Index
exceeds matrix dimensions". I did 20 tap 20 rest before, inputting
[20:40:360] and it worked fine. Am I doing something wrong now or.. ?

Thanks!
Natalia
