[Homer-users] getting error bars for my average?

Actually, I have the same question. However, if there is anyway to retrieve a temporal serials of reconstructed images in .fig files (but not in a .avi movie file), it is very easy to get the variability (e.g. standard deviation) by Matlab codes (just few lines).

Hello

I have been learning homer, and I am having trouble figuring out the easiest
way to obtain std. dev or std error bars around averages made by homer.
It is difficult for me to assign confidence in an averaged result without a
sense for the variability. I could look at the raw by eyeball, but that is
much less quantitative.
Ideas?
