[Homer-users] Homer start

Dear Madm/Sir,
I am a student who are using the Homer software to process the NIRS data.
I have installed the Homer which downlod from the PMI lab, but I cannot
run the software with my computer, I can run it on the English system
windows xp/ 7, I am using the chinese system windows 7, Is it the reason
why the software cannot be run ?

PS: when I open the Homer, there will be a cmd window, then the opening
log file, c:\user\steven\appdata\local\temp\jave.log.4214
then the Homer shut down information.
