[Homer-users] Matlab Toolboxes for HOMER

Hi,

Using the Spline Motion Correction function in the processing stream of HOMER2 it turned out that it it uses the Curve Fitting Toolbox of Matlab that we don't have at the moment. Now the lab is considering to buy the Toolboxes needed for running HOMER2 properly.
Can anybody give a complete list of Matlab Toolboxes that HOMER2 uses so that we can update our stock adequately?
