[Homer-users] Passed Inclusion Criteria

Hi,

I am losing data for conditions that don't meet the Passed Inclusion
Criteria. It seems to give me the same inclusion criteria regardless
of what I use for tMin and tMax.  Does anyone know how this is
calculated?
