[Homer-users] Nilab and Homer2

I had a question about corroborating data between Nilab and Homer2. I am able to convert the data obtained from the Nirscout system into the .nirs format, and view the data in Homer2 but the block average is off compared to nilab. The optical density data is also off but the trends in the data are similar. I was wondering if other people know of any settings/processes that need special adjustment for this.
