[Homer-users] Plot Probe color coding

Hello,
I have a clarification question on color coding in the Plot Probe
function.
Group HRF was plotted with Plot Probe for 2 conditions. For one
condition one channel (D4-S6) HRF appeared in different color than all
the others, but this did not happen for the other condition (see
attached).
I met this only when 2 trials per condition was included from all
subjects in the group, and not more.
I had a look at HOMER2 manual, but i could not figure out the meaning.


I would appreciate any comments on this.
