[Homer-users] Problem installing Homer2 developer version

We hope to update the websites ASAP to reflect that the new home for the homer distribution will be https://www.nitrc.org/projects/homer2 <https://www.nitrc.org/projects/homer2>
so that this confusion will no longer occur.
