[Homer-users] Discrete Kalman filtering

Hi all, 

I would like to incorporate the Discrete Kalman filter option to my
processing stream to perform motion artifact correction and check how
well it would work for my data. I can see a couple of related functions
in my main Homer2 folder (hmrKalman.m and hmrKalmanOscPhys.m) but these
do not appear in my procStreamGUI list. Could you let me know how to
incorporate this option to the processing stream, please?
