[Homer-users] Short Separation in Homer2 Matlab

I have corrected my SD coordinates in all files, but when I run the
processing stream with the short separation I get the error message listed
below. The short separation channels are not flattened (as they should be
per David Boas' video example), and the resulting HRF is identical to when
the processing stream does not include short separation. No error messages
result when I remove the SS from the processing stream and re-rerun. Any
help would be greatly appreciated!
