Hello,

I have found a solution for using Homer2. As Marisa suggested below Homer2 does not seem to be compatible with newer versions of Matlab. I tried all 2015b, 2014b and neither worked, but I can open the .nirs files on 2014a (using Homer 2.0). This was also the case with a PC I tried these versions on.

There is however a bug in this version for 10.10 (Yosemite) users. Go to this link to install the patch - and follow the steps under 'Workaround'.

After this you should be able to use Homer2.

Subject: [Homer-users] ERROR-show Run HRF

Hi everyone,

we are trying to display HRF on HOMER2, but it gives an error message (see below) in MATLAB 2014b when clicking on show Run HRF. Thus we are not able to see HRF.
This error occurs on Mac El Capitan and also on WINDOWS 7.
