[Homer-users] [Homer2] 2x3x5 probe set configuration

Dear mailinglist-members,

I would like to ask something with regard to the use of the Hitachi ETG4000 collected data.
Within our project we used a 2x3x5 design. Is there a script available so that I can simultaneously look at both probe sets rather than looking at the data indepentently by using the 3x5 script available twice for each probe set?
