I had the same problem with Matlab 2015a. I needed to change some parts 
of the code concerning graphics handles, because the graphics handle is 
no number any more but a object in the new Matlab. Unfortunately, I have 
not documented the exact code locations, but you can track it down with 
the error messages it throws.
