Hi Jonathan,
R in the procresults is the correlation coefficient of the GLM fit to the data i.e. the whole time course so including all conditions. So its dimensions are # of channels X Hb (HbO and HbR).
Hope this helps.
Meryem

Subject: [Homer-users] R-values
Does anyone know what the R value in the ProcResult is 2-dimensional? It shows it to be (#channels, HbO/R/T). Why are the number of conditions not included?
For the beta values, the structure seems to be (coefficients, HbO/R/T, #channels, #conditions) which makes sense. Why is it the R-values don't match this?
