Hello all,

I am currently trying to process simple finger tapping data; however, when I try to run HRF and subsequently view probe plot nothing appears. This started to occur when I tried to identify and remove motion artifacts (MA). But, when I tried to reset to the original settings the HRF and probe plots still do not appear. Does anyone know why this problem may be occurring?

I am collecting data with Shimadzu LABNIRS and working on a matlab code so that I can import the data into Homer (which I will be happy to share when its perfected).
