[Homer-users] AtlasViewerGUI in Mac and Linux

hi guys,

I am trying to run AtlasViewerGUI on Mac OS and Linux, but have some
problems. I compiled the tMCimg.c file and after running it, I don't get
any visualization.

I got
Adot.mat
projVoltoMesh_brain.mat

but I am missing AdotVol.3pt and AdotVolSUm.3pt files.

any help or updates on that?
