[Homer-users] convert oxysoft csv file to homer 2 file

Hello,
I'm using the oxisoft program and I want to use the homer 2 program.
I have some problem with understanding what are my parameters that I need
to put in the .nirs file to use on the homer 2 .

I'm adding a file for example that I have from the oxysoft program,
I would be grateful if you could tell me how to convert the data file from
the oxysoft to a format of .nirs file in matlab.

my problems are with this specific fields:
1. *t*- needs to be in specific units? in the csv file is [msec].
2. *SD.SrcPos*- what are the lasers coordinates? and were is this data in
the csv file from the oxysoft.
3. *SD.DetPos* - what are the coordinates of the detectors? and were is
this data in the csv file from the oxysoft.
4. *aux* - what is the aux signal?
