[Homer-users] ISS OxiplexTS to Homer Conversion

Dear Homer-users,

I used an ISS OxiplexTS system to collect functional near infrared spectroscopy data and I am having difficulties in inputting the data into Homer2 for analysis. As the system is a frequency domain fNIRS, the output is raw intensities at two wavelengths and their corresponding phase values. Please could you assist me with a method to input the intensities into Homer2 that incorporates these phase shifts.
