Hi Amanda,

I change the downsample code to allow non-integer downsampling factor.
Please update your HOMER (developer's version) and try again (with downsampling factor 1.2), it should work.

Hi,
The attached file is the raw data. And the picture is the error message.

 I want to change the sampling rate from 12.5 to 10.42 Hz.

The processed functions I use are:

          i.              hmrIntensity2OD

         ii.              hmrBandpassFilt

       iii.              hmrMotionCorrectPCA

       iv.              hmrMotionArtifactByChannel

         v.              hmrMotionCorrectSpline

       vi.              hmrOD2Conc

      vii.              hmrBlockAvg
