Hi,

I am trying to process my f-Nirs Biopac data with Homer2 (see toolbox below). I have used convert Biopac to homer2 (BLOCKEDphysiologicalcomputing[.]net/?page_id=2621BLOCKED <BLOCKEDphysiologicalcomputing[.]net/?page_id=2621BLOCKED>) to convert my data.

Questions:
1) When I run the processing stresm I get the error :attempt to access tInc (:,1); index out of bounds because size(tInc)=[0,0] within the hmrMotionCorrectSpline
when I run hmrMotionArtifact it builds tInc but does not seem to output it into the
easyNIrs_Process to input it into the hmrMotionCorrectSpline.

2) If I just turn the spline correction off (-1) and run the rest of the processing stream the hmrBlockAvg does not seem to actually average. It seems to exclude the trials
command window : WARNING: Trial 3 for Condition 6 EXCLUDED because of time range
and I get an error : hmrBlockAvg generated error at line 89: Output argument ‘ysum2’ (and maybe others) not assigned during call to hmrBlockAvg.
It looks like the input y is not inputted.

I would appreciate it if someone pinpoints the problem and how to fix it.
please let me know when more information is needed.
Best,
Susanne van der Veen,
