Hi Yogev,
Are you talking about NIRS parameters, for example oxy-Hb, deoxy-Hb, etc?
If so, what we do is normalize to 100%. So if one test is 20 sec and another test is 25 sec, we re-adjust each to 100%. That means for the 20 sec test each 10% value is at 2 sec; and for the 25 sec test each 10% valve is at 2.5 sec. Does that make sense?

cheers
Patrick

Hey Everyone
My research data contains time series of unequal length.
e.g. one subject walked 20 meters in 20 seconds, while the second walked the same 20 meters but faster, lets say in 15 seconds.
Is it possible to normalize the length (in time) in order to calculate the group HRF?

Thanks
Yogev
