[Homer-users] Atlas Load sensitivity profile problem

Dear Elizabeth ,

A year ago you had the same problem, see below, I currently have. The AtlasViewer v 2.3 is not generating or loading the sensitivity profile. If I click on it nothing happens.

Hello all,

I am currently trying to visualize the activated areas in the brain using Atlas.  I am following the tutorial on Youtube; however, when I am generating/load sensitivity profile I have no results (as shown in the attachment). I'm unsure why nothing is appearing.


Other potentially useful information:

The MC was generated with 1,000,000 photons

Fingertapping protocol with right, dominant hand.

File structure is also shown for 1 subject


Any help would be greatly appreciated.
