[Homer-users] Atlas Viewer Projection is Empty

Hi Everyone,

I'm attempting to use the 'HB Conc Overlay' function with Atlas Viewer, but I'm getting the error Warning: Projection is empty. I can see that a few other people have had the same issue before but I can't see any messages that seem to solve the error. I am using a digpts.txt file and have the groupResults file calculated with Homer2 as well.
Does anyone know what specifically might be causing this error, and therefor how I could go about solving it?
