From dboas at bu.edu Wed Apr 10 17:25:03 2019 From: dboas at bu.edu (Boas, David) Date: Wed, 10 Apr 2019 21:25:03 +0000 Subject: [Homer-users] Homer May 2019 Webinar Message-ID: <4E24AC4C-B3CF-41F6-9F0D-DEDE3E5E9420@bu.edu> External Email - Use Caution Dear Homer Community, Our next installment in our webinar series will be on May 7th, 2019 starting at 11 AM EDT (Boston time). We are not planning to provide an introduction to Homer in this webinar. For that, you can view a video introduction and follow along with example data sets that you can find on this website. Instead, we are using the webinar to address questions raised by you. If you have questions that you want us to address, we ask that you indicate the question(s) when you register for the webinar. The May webinar aims to address questions related to pruning channels and correcting motion artifacts. In addition, we will be able to address simple questions raised by the audience. To register for our May webinar, please fill out the google form here. We can only host 25 people per webinar, so register early. We will offer future webinars at different times of the day to better accommodate people from different time zones. If you are put on the wait-list, then you will have preference for future webinars. Note: If you have already confirmed you presence for May seminar to Elisa Ronchi there?s no need to re-register. To help sustain the support of Homer, we have introduced Premium Homer which comes with extra benefits including access to more online training materials and precalculated high density fluence profiles for AtlasViewer. You can get more details at https://neuluce.org/product/homer-atlasviewer-premium/ . At present, these webinars do not require Premium Homer, but in the future we will likely require that you support Premium Homer to register for the webinars. Recorded webinars will be available to those who have Premium Homer. We have created a Homer-fNIRS Google Group where you can always go and post Homer related questions. We look forward to seeing you in the webinar! David Boas and Meryem Yucel -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... After I run group HRF, I was able to see the plots of the group HRF results but when I opened the groupResults.mat file, there's nothing in there. Has anyone had this issue?
