The error message does not seem to be related to negative values. Can you check your time vector t?
If you send a sample data, I am happy to look further as well.

Dear Homer community,

We are getting this error when we are trying to load an Hitachi file with negative intensities. We included the eprunne function on the config file between 0-5 to get rid of negative values but still does not work.

We appreciate any inputs you might have!
