Hi Uzair,
The digpts.txt file does not contain channel information. AtlasViwer does not know which source is connected to which detector unless you provide/upload an SD file (or a .nirs) file.

Dear all,
I have a configuration which I have digitized consisting of 16 detectors and sources, making up a total of 44 channels. I have successfully imported this configuration into AtlasViewer and the registration of it onto the surface seems to be fine. The issue arises when I try to project the channels onto the cortex, it gives me the error: 'Warning: Projection is empty' however, when I project the optodes it gives me an output as expected. I'm not sure what has gone wrong. I've listed the contents of my digpts.txt file below.
