Dear MNE users and developers,

I am interested in time/frequency analysis of the raw (non-averaged) MEG
data.
I have noticed that majority of people who use MNE work with averaged
activity.
Can one deal with MNE output in the same way as with the raw signal from
the MEG sensors (e.g. to look at FFT spectrum and calculate coherence
between ROI)?
I talked with some MNE users and they were suspicious whether it is
justified.
On the other hand, Hoechstetter et al (Brain Topography, 16:233, 2004)
analyzed coherence between sources using the other sours analysis approach
(BESA).
