[Mne_analysis] Change fmult in mne_make_movie

Unfortunately, there is not. As you noticed, --scaleby only affects  
the MNE values (not dSPM) and only in labels and w files. While  
waiting for the --fscale option to appear you need to multiply  
fthresh, fmind, and fmax to achieve the desired result.
