[Mne_analysis] EEG channel location assignment

When I run mne_do_forward_analysis, I get the following result:

When in the process, and using what tools, do I assign locations to my
EEG channels? When I used mne_analyze to do the coordinate alignment,
all 6 electrodes were clearly in the right position.
