In raw data Matlab structure
raw.info.dev_head_t.trans
have 4 raws and 4 columns:

    0.9974   -0.0710    0.0093   -0.0008
    0.0704    0.9964    0.0482   -0.0100
   -0.0127   -0.0474    0.9988    0.0659
             0              0             0    1.0000

What is the 4th column? Is it the head origin in device coordinates (x,y,z
in meters)?
