Hello folks - This has come up a number of times in our lab. How does MNE construct the SSP vectors which it seems to automatically provide when raw data is loaded? On a similar note, if I have access to empty room data, is it preferable to use that instead of the ones MNE makes, or are the MNE ones better for some reason? Thanks - Sincerely, Eliezer Kanal
