Hi, Is there a way to know, when working in matlab, which sources a freesurfer label includes? I'm working with stc files morphed onto fsaverage. Each of them has 10242 sources, whereas fsaverage labels refer to 163842 vertices. Is it possible to figure out the mapping between freesurfer and mne surfaces? Thanks, Yigal
