[Mne_analysis] concatenation of raw-fif-files

Hello Matthias -

I don't know if there's a program provided with mne to do that for you, but you could always use the matlab routines (beginning with the example script in mne_ex_read_write_raw.m) to create your own fif files. I've modified that script for my own use... its not too difficult. Take note, though, that some filesystems have problems dealing with individual files larger than 4 GB.
