[Mne_analysis] mne_kit2fiff and the 2GB file size limit

Hi Tal,

Data packing in FIF file is in 2 formats either 16 bit or 32 bit, since
your original file was 1.3GB now it is more then 2GB it only means your
file is up-converted to 32 bit.

Do you know how many bits original data is in.
