[Mne_analysis] output events with "fixSkew"

Dear MNE Experts:

For one acquisition run for one subject, using the "fixSkew" option in the averaging description file results in proper classification of all my events. But without this option one event gets misclassified (i.e., a nonword gets classified as a word). Unfortunately, when I try to use mne_process_raw to output an events file, this event remains mis-classified, even though upon averaging it is correctly classified in the log file.

So I guess my question is, is there any way to get MNE to write out an events file that has been processed using the "fixSkew" option?
