hi Kambiz,

I am glad that you found your way but "python setup.py install"
or "python setup.py install --user" (for single user install) should work.
I tried and it seemed to work.

For most users "easy_install -U mne" or 'pip install mne --upgrade"
should do automatic install from the web.
