[Mne_analysis] mne_edf2fiff available in mne-python?

Hi Grace,
as long as we don't have the EDF reader in Python and if you want to move on quickly you might want to install the mne command line tools on a virtual machine, e. g., Neurodebian: http://neuro.debian.net/
