[Mne_analysis] scp error due to sourcing mne_setup_sh

Hi there,

Just wanted to ask if anyone else has had this problem. I was trying to scp something from my workstation to my laptop when I got the following error:

protocol error: unexpected <newline>

Checking the interwebs it seemed like the problem was due to something in my bashrc. I nailed it down to the MNE sourcing:

# Setup MNE
export MNE_ROOT=/usr/local/MNE
export MATLAB_ROOT=/usr/local/MATLAB
. $MNE_ROOT/bin/mne_setup_sh

Has anyone else seen this problem? I am running Ubuntu 12.04LTS on my workstation.
