Subject: [Mne_analysis] De-identifying MRI for MEG data sharing

Hi all,

Does anyone know of a automated tool that removes identifiable facial features from the MRI like mri_deface (http://www.na-mic.org/Wiki/index.php/Mbirn:_Defacer_for_structural_MRI), while preserving the area around the nasion?

Thanks,

Jon
