[Mne_analysis] Grand average over subjects when bad channels are excluded?

If Mads gets too busy, someone should poke me off-list; I wrote something
like this for private use some time ago before I saw the existence of
mne.equalize_channels(). It would be pretty simple to update the code to
use that and push.
