[Mne_analysis] source_induced_power: order of the steps power calculation/source reconstruction

Dear all,

I would like to know if the
mne.minimum_norm.time_frequency.source_induced_power function is doing the
power/PLV calculation before or after the source reconstruction. It's not
clear to me when I have a look on the github code...
