Hi Matti,

mne_do_inverse_operator --subject $SUBJECT --fwd $fwdsolfile --senscov $datacovfile --depth --loose 0.2 --proj $rawfile --bad $badchannelsfile --meg

I feel silly after removing the --proj option and it working. Thank you!

Cheers,
Cody

What is your inverse operator calculation line exactly? - Matti

Hi all,

So I am attempting to process data that was recorded with active shielding and have thus Max filtered so that I can attempt to pump it through my MNE pipeline. I get through computing the forward solution fine, but when I attempt to compute the inverse solution I get the error that there is no linear projection information in my original max-filtered .fif file or my covariance matrix file, thus the inverse operator decomposition failed. Where should this linear projection information usually be coming from? Is this something that is still hiding due to this being recorded on a different set-up? Thanks for any help.

Cheers,
