[Mne_analysis] Setting up MNE on Eris cluster?

Hi Gladia,

I suggest not to setup MNE on Eris, due to its interminet nature.

You can always use center installation of both MNE and MNE-Python. All the
paths are now working.

/usr/pubsw/packages/mne
/usr/pubsw/packages/python (epd and anaconda are both availaible)
