[Mne_analysis] Curry 7 Neuroscan .dat files

Hi Sage,

I wouldn't mind helping you out if you would like to add support for the
Curry files. I see that there is an implementation
<http://education.msu.edu/kin/hbcl/_files/loadcurry_Documentation.pdf> in
EEGLab but I don't know what the licensing is for their package. I also
looked to see if there was available information from Curry itself but it
was not very transparent (also the pdf documentation requires a password to
open).
