[Mne_analysis] tstep to use for compute_raw_covariance?

Hi,

I'm wondering what value of tstep I should use in
mne.compute_raw_covariance when it's applied to 4s of highpassed data for
noise estimation? I'm not sure how tstep should scale with the length of
the data being used.
