[Mne_analysis] swapping hemispheres for topographies generated using plot_topomap

hi Ghislain,

to me this is dangerous as our plotting code would try to
interpolate in the middle. I would make the 2 figures
and use inkscape or illustrator to assemble the two topos
(showing a clear line in the middle).
